    A must for a heavy bag

I was hesitant to buy a spring as the Aqua bag I purchased comes with an attachment. I'm so pleased I did.This spring, or any heavy bag big spring, takes the heavy bag torque out of the swing and bounce reducing the height on whatever is holding it up.Mine is connected to a huge rafter, this is taking a huge amount of weight off it when in and not in use.I highly recommend one if you are using a heavy bag.My Aqua bag is the 15” 75 lbs. Fitness Boxing Bag and the spring doesn't open at all.

Perfect Heavy Bag Spring. The Spring is exactly as shown in the picture, so if it looks likes its a tad long, it is indeed that long. But I'm very pleased with that fact that its all steel and not going to break ever.
