Hopefully that helped you out some. The writing is in all English. Usually it’s in a different language if it’s not English.

Can you roll this on your tummy after a tummy tuck?

You may want to ask your doctor that question first. For me, I had to push it down into my stomach some in order for it to roll. Reason for me returning it.
