A: China. Says on back of the package at the bottom left. No brand marking or “made in” stamps on the tool itself.

A: The first thing I would do is go to YouTube and see what other 560 owners/mechanics are using. I can't imagine you couldn't get them in or with anything more then the proper socket, extension and ratchet and perhaps a universal  joint if the angle is really weird. 
I've never owned a Mercedes so I can't give you a definitive answer,  but a Mercedes forum or YouTube could probably save you a lot of grief.
These pliers are just for removing the plug wires.

A: about  a 10mm item but meant grab suppressor without the shock, not as strong as a long nose pliers, mostly a insulator

Excellent tool that was very useful when changing plugs on a GM LS4 V8. Grabbed the metal shield in the grooved area, and used a thin piece of wood or pry bar (depending on what I was using to support the pry tool... ie, if against aluminum valve cover, used the wood) to help get the plug wire off the plug.
