Terrible returns policy (only 50% refund!)
This sofa is uncomfortable of very poor quality was refused by my tenant so i returned it personally but could not re vacuum pack the too so called cushions so repacked them in strong plastic bags firmly sealed and returned them personally in my car so that they could not be damaged in any way this entailed a drive of 2 hours each way - only to be offered a 50% refund as the cushions were not packed as they were originally KEEP CLEAR OF THIS COMPANY!! this is a true review !!

Nice
Nice sofas. Brought two. Comes nicely boxed. However didn't receive all the pieces so contacted the seller who arranged a speedy delivery for the rest. Quite hard to sit on at first. High aswell. Easy to clean. Would recommend

nice sofa
i liked the fact that the arms and cushions were sent first because you have to give 72hours to allow the back cushions to expand and then the rest of the sofa came flat packed a few days later a nice little sofa value for the money

Missing parts
The sofa arrived in 2 parts over 2 days on unpacking there was 2 nuts missing and only 3 washers for 4 double ended bolts there was an extra 7 washers supplied but all was to small for the nuts, however, after using my own nuts, bolts and washers the sofa is extremely comfortable to sit on, my partner who is partially disabled finds it dead easy to get on and off which is a bonus nice and high, firm and comfortable.

Shockingly poor quality
Horrendous mistake buying this. Returned for a refund. It is nothing like the photo. Holes are in the wrong place to affix the legs but to be honest, after seeing how substandard it was, it was back in the box within 30 minutes. Staples sticking out, metal frame has no padding & you can see it through the faux leather. If I could rate this "sofa" zero stars, I would.
