Can you use this tool to stuff other items in balloons?

You could insert small items through the opening but only about 3 to 4cm in diameter. It’s more for balloon in balloon stuffing and works surprisingly well.

Does it work with bobo balloons please

I couldn’t stretch the neck of a bobo over the outer ring without tearing it but the long nosed adapter helped me inflate balloons inside a bobo. You don’t have the valve to keep the bobo inflated but it still worked pretty well. Not worth buying it just for that though as I think you’d manage just as well with a length of tubing attached to an electric inflator.

Do you need a pump to use this item

Yes a powered balloon pump is needed to use this item. I would describe this as an useful extra accessory for a balloon pump more than a stand alone item.

Does this work well? How do you inflate a big balloon without an electric pump. The equipment looks simple but but instructions seem unclear.

You’d definitely need an electric pump but they’re dead cheap now. It’s very easy to use and pretty self explanatory when you actually have the product in front of you. I’d definitely recommend for filling latex balloons with other smaller balloons.
