Great portable cooler / refrigerator/ freezer
This cooler is well made. Came with spare corners and handles. Love the access via the door that opens both ways and comes completely off! In the back of the truck, we donโt have to worry what way the cooler is loaded since the doors opens both ways. Temp control is excellent. Cools down quickly. In a 98* interior, it cooled down to 34* in less than 30 minutes! Went to the store unexpectedly, had some cold items to keep cool. Plugged in the cooler and did not have to worry about going right home. Have used it camping. Ran on AC from a generator during the day and then plugged it into a portable jump start pac for over night. On economy mode, the jump pac still had plenty of voltage to keep running in the morning. Very pleased with this cooler. The basket that holds the food inside, is well built and nice to pull all the items out at one time.

Great product and service
Great cooler, gets really cold and fits a ton of bottles and cans for parties. Also great customer service, very responsive, courteous and technically knowledgable. I'll consider ICECO products first for all things cooling.

Versatile, efficient and just badass
This thing has been incredibly reliable and very easy to use. Plug it into my truck via AC plug while driving to camp, then once we get to the site, we switch to DC using the portable DC bank. The most I've seen this thing draw at once is 45W, but once it gets cold it goes between 30 and 10W, so its super efficient. Love the lid system that can open from either side of just remove the whole lid - This is especially useful when loading initially. Had an issue with the fridge after awhile of using it and ICECO customer service was very responsive and was able to fix the issue within a few days. Highly recommend this unit (VL60 PRO).

VL60 proS recommended
I have not taken a long trip with the VL60 proS yet, but have tested it extensively in my 78 degree shop. I am very impressed with it. A few observations: first, itโs heavy. About 60 pounds, empty. And itโs wide enough that one person canโt grab both handles and move it. At least I canโt. Not a big deal, but just so you know. And itโs big. The interior is about 2 cubic feet. Plenty of room for everything you need. I set it for 37 degrees and let it cool down, which took less than an hour. Then I loaded it with stuff from my regular fridge. I did not stuff it absolutely full. You need to leave room for air flow for efficient operation. That said, the more stuff you put in itโup to a pointโthe more efficiently it will run. I put a little Govee Bluetooth thermometer inside at the bottom center of the main section. At a setting of 37, the Govee read 40. Good enough. The FDA recommends that refrigerated foods should be kept at or below 40. Iโm sure if I set it at 33 or 34, the actual temperature would have been lower than 40. Of course, the lower you set it, the more power it consumes. So if power is an issue for you, strike a balance. I donโt think the digital display on the front accurately reflects the temperature inside, so I would recommend using something like my Govee to make sure you get a better reading. The compressor ran for about 4 to 5 minutes every 20 minutes, almost like clockwork. And on the ECO setting, it draws only about 3.5 amps. Less than I expected. And itโs pretty quiet. I could certainly sleep next to it. On a 90-degree afternoon, I decided to try it as a freezer. I set it for zero, and let it cool down. It took a long time, but I neglected to get the exact time. In my shop (at 78 degrees) it got down to 5 degrees. Thatโs as low as it would go. At that temperature, the compressor runs continuously, so bear that in mind. I loaded it in the back of my car, plugged it into the cigarette lighter socket, and drove 30 minutes to the supermarket. I bought ten pints of ice cream. (I know, but I wanted to make it worth my while.) On the 30 minute drive back home the fridge maintained 8 degrees. So you could use it as a freezer, but Iโm not sure I would recommend it. I donโt know if itโs a good idea to let the compressor run continuously like that. It comes with a basket for the main section. Iโll probably look around for a basket for the smaller section. Otherwise anything you store up there is just going to fall into the main section. For best results, chill everything you want to put in it in advance in your regular fridge. Once you have it full and down to 40 or so, then you can put a few cans of room temperature soda in it and it wonโt matter. All things considered, I am really happy with it, and would absolutely recommend it.

Love it so far
Honestly this would not of been my first choice for a refrigerator but it goes in the back of a Jeep JL . A refrigerator opening long ways would not have worked in my situation. It fits perfectly, on the passenger side, behind the rear seats. I love that you can open the lid both ways. It will fully open towards the middle and almost fully open towards the window. Looks great and well built. I run it using a 1000 watt battery. In 70 to 80 degree temps I get 3 1/2 days before I need to recharge, if I don't charge while driving. Temp seems to be accurate. A great size for road trips or overlanding.

VL60ProS & ICECO Update: Best Customer Care
UPDATE: I really wish I had more time to write this, maybe I will add to it in the upcoming weeks. ICECO has been the greatest pleasure to work with. I had some areas of concern with the unit's lid and ICECO has 100% resolved this issue, and not only have they made it right for me, they have also updated the design on all new batches. The new lid is absolutely great, higher quality, and much more rigid. Its hard to find companies that will work with a small customer like myself and resolve real problems. I will post some new pictures and add to this as I get time. All in all, I am 100% confident in buying another ICECO product. In fact, with the new updates done to the VLPro Series I think this unit is superior to some of the other overpriced and popular brands out there. ICECO, you get 5+ stars from me. Original First Overview: I love my VLPro60, so far I've only had it for about a month and used it a handful of times for camp and day trips to the beach. I run it off of a Jackery 500 solar battery station. The fridge is build to last! I honestly expected to get something feeling a little cheaper, but as it turns out the thing was built to last. Power consumption is LOW. Much lower than any of the cheap knock off fridges you can find for cheap on Amazon. I would stay far away from those and save up a bit more to get ICECO.

works well, basket is an issue.
I have used this at more than a dozen festivals with a battery and solar panel. It usually pulls 60w which is nice. My main complaint is half the basket has no ledge to sit on. This means that half the basket has to be propped up with whatever you have in the fridge below it, and once you your items are not high enough to prop up the basket so its level then every time you open the fridge the basket falls downwards making it a pain to close the lid. Especially if the basket is full of food. You would have thought the engineers would of thought of this...Otherwise the fridge works well. Could have a better seal on it, but not a major issue.

Very well made and tough!
This thing is built to last! It feels very solid. The only downside is the weight but it has to do with the quality of the materials and the tough design (metal body). It is cold and ready to go within an hr of plugging it in ang is very quiet for a cooler this size. It's spacious and I love the fact that the lid opens either side. This thing is built to last!!
