How many tablets are required in a hot tub? How many needed per litre/gallon?

Due to set ups and water conditions being different there is no definitive rule,.. The best way is to "balance" your hot tub water first, so you have the optimal levels before using chlorine tablets. Then add 2 or 3 tablets in a floating dispenser which should dissolve slowly over a number of days, monitor the chlorine levels with a test kit and adjust the flow of the dispenser until you have a constant desired chlorine level. Once you have the desired flow it's as simple as checking and replacing the tablets every 4-5 days.

Wil these fit into the little grey floater we got with our Intex 4 seater spa?

These are 1 inch tablets and should fit most floating dispensers...

I had an 8ft pool and used 1 tablet with the dispenser open under half way. It took quite a while to dissolve and I found that if the chlorine was too strong, I just closed it a bit more to make it release slower.

Can I leave the tablets in the dispenser in the hot tub whilst bathing?

For safe bathing it is essential to remove chemical dispensers when using a hot tub, simply remove and then replace once finished with bathing.
