Gilchrist & Soames Conditioner (Zero% Collection Conditioner, 15.5oz)

I have naturally dry hair, so conditioner is a must. I've experimented with Treseme and Kirkland conditioner, but both are too thick and oily for my liking. I got to try this specific conditioner during a vacation to Hawaii at a hotel. I loved the results! This conditioner isn't oily or too thick, but it moisturizes my hair and keeps it soft. Kirkland and Treseme would be so thick that it would stay in my hair after showering and cause my scalp to get itchy from lack of ventilation. And when my hair got into my eyes, the left over conditioner would sting when touching my eyes. This conditioner eliminated both of those issues. The consistency of the conditioner coming out is actually similar to shampoo. It's not a paste like thickness, but rather a gel like consistency. I wish this came in a larger bottle size, like the ones the hotel used, but for the price it was good enough. The fragrance is a soft and subtle one, similar to the scent of fresh laundry. I will definitely keep using this conditioner.

This is best quality for me. I have really thin hair and this shampoo and conditioner is the only one that works for me.

I tried the shampoo and conditioner at a boutique, hotel. It made such a difference with my hair that I had to buy it! Even though it’s a little expensive it is 100% worth it! I have more coarse & curly hair, this make my hair soft and silky without putting anything else in it! When you put the conditioner on, all of the knots fall right out!! My hair feels like it just had a keratin treatment because of the stuff!! I cannot stop touching my hair after using it! It also is bouncy & has volume!! I told my mom & sister to buy it, it is amazing! Plus it smells nice. 🩷

Works well, leaves my hair and skin feeling soft and helps with dry skin. Decently clean ingredients, overall a good value. Doesn't really have much of a scent after the fact, which is nice.

Went to spend a day at hotel with friends visiting from out of state. Showered after a day off swimming and catching up. This was in the hotel bathroom and it left my hair so soft light and flowy. I needed to get my hands on this for everyday use. So I called hotel and made sure this was the brand they use. Upon ordering it arriving and me using it, this is not the same product they send to their hotels. The same name same brand but not the same effects. Left my hair clean but not light soft and flowy. Tried a few times and the same disappointment. For the price it isn't worth it. My hair does fine with store bought shampoo and conditioner that costs way way less.. never again. I will however use if I'm ever at that chain of hotels again to see if the formula is the same as the one I fell in love with. I am a African American female and it worked on all of our hair that day but the one ordered is not so great at all. Even the scent is different.

Don’t think it’s worth the price. I tried this at a hotel and it made my hair feel really nice but when I ordered it, it didn’t seem to do the same.

Love the conditioner BUT both times the pump wasn’t secured so it was leaking. Amazon made me return the leaking one and I received a replacement today and it has the same issue.
