You get why you pay for.I gotta say the ergonomics are so much better after rocking the original classic controller for years. That alone was an upgrade.However because this is a third party controller, there’s one major flaw with it. So I play Mario Kart Wii and I like to press X to look back instead of ZR. Because of this, if I press X while drifting with R, it completely cancels out both inputs for some weird reason. If you’re used to using ZR to look back, this won’t be an issue, but it’s a major issue for me.I can’t imagine how this would affect other games like Monster Hunter or anything requiring multiple inputs. Just be very wary.

The control stick is legitimately unusable. It literally just locks to a direction with little to no input between, making precision control impossible.

Got this for my son to play some of his Wii games and he LOVES it. Works well, we've had it almost a month and no issues. It matches his black console so that's another plus. Price was also a draw, good item overall.

Great controller, feels great in hand the buttons and d pad feels just like the OEM Wii gamepad, will but another one really soon

Super lightweight and cheap feeling, buttons are difficult to press and not smooth at all. It does work though, and the joysticks aren't terrible.

It was good product and reasonable price too. My child loved his gift. Only thing I didn’t like was paid delivery even though I bought two products.

I rarely leave review on Amazon, but this controller has made me do it. I decided to buy this it because it was much cheaper than the used original Wii pro controller. I'm not sure if I just got extremely unlucky, but after just 1 week of using this controller it's pretty much unusable.I used it for around 10 hours in total so far and both the L button and Y button get regularly stuck (you press the button and then it stays in the 'pressed' position and you cannot press it again, so then you have to try to hit it a few time to 'unpress' it). The second issue is that the dpad in this controller is quite bad - it registers diagonal inputs very easily (when you try to press up, controller registers up+left or up+right) and this is combined with the fact that you need to press this dpad pretty hard to register an input in the first place, so after an hour of playing my left thumb was already pretty sore.I wanted to use this controller for speedrunning, but it's just not possible to speedrun a Wii game using it. If you want to use this controller only for casual gaming, I would still not buy it, because it's not worth it, and looks like paying 3x more for an used original Wii pro controller is just a better, more reliable option.
