Pepto keeps me sane
I have had sulphur burps since I was a teenager. They have become even worse since I started Mounjaro shots for diabetes. Pepto is the only thing I have found that helps and the Ultra is the best at stopping them quickly. I also love the taste of pepto.

Has been my go to for many years. However, I do wish it worked a little stronger for heartburn. I find instant relief from Alka Seltzer for that. PEPTO is overall great stuff.

I usually buy generic rather than brand names because it's exact same thing but cheaper. For some reason though, this pepto bismol product just seems better. I also luke that it's thicker than generic.
