When using it on concrete does the concrete need to be sealed first? Thanks.

Sorry, I have not used this on concrete but only on my boat. Keep in mind this is a powder/bead substance that needs to be mixed with whatever paint you are applying. As to whether the concrete needs to be sealed, that would depend on the paint you are mixing it with. Just a word of advice, I mixed it in with my paint (epoxy) and rolled the combination on. This did not work well as the roller pushed the non-skid particles into little piles. The same might happen with a brush. It might be better to apply the paint to a portion and sprinkle the nonskid on top for a more even distribution.
