whats the burning/stinging sensation?

As I understand it, burning and stinging only occurs in people who are magnesium deficient. As magnesium is brought up to normal levels, burning and stinging should stop.

How many eight-spray doses (100mg magnesium delivered) are in one 8 oz bottle?

I honestly couldn't tell you, as I've never counted and the bottle doesn't say. The bottle does say that there is 3 g of elemental Magnesium per fluid ounce and there are 8 fl oz in the bottle. If 8 sprays is 100 mg of elemental Magnesium, then if my calculations are correct that would give you approximately 240 doses of 8 sprays. Hope this helps, but I'm only taking an slightly educated guess.

Has anyone used this to alleviate pregnancy nausea? I've heard it can help but would like to hear some actual success stories.

I used this for months before getting pregnant and continued to use it daily through pregnancy and yet... I had absolutely horrible nausea my entire pregnancy. So this wasn't a magic cure for me.

Does this product contain MSM?

This one doesn't. You have to order this one http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B008JSJ9HU/ref=oh_details_o00_s00_i00?ie=UTF8&psc=1 It has to specifically say with "OptMSM." I switched to this other one --with the MSM-- and I really love it. It doesn't have the "tingliness" of this first one you are asking about.
