This isn't a bad little hose and connected to the outside tap with no issues. It's not the most robust thing you could buy but since I only wanted it for watering patio pots that doesn't really matter. I'd give 4.5 stars for that reason if I could but it's not an option. As a cheap solution for watering things on a patio or balcony it's perfectly good ,very light and the pressure isn't bad if you turn the tap on to a decent flow. The reel is a nice feature for keeping it neat (I have spent far too much time untangling larger hoses without reels) and it's very compact when it's all wound up.I like the hanging handle too.

I was so sick and tired of them expandable hose pipes breaking and bursting open after a few uses so I thought I'd get a more durable one this time. Omg it's the worst hose pipe ever. I don't know if I got a faulty one but the water trickled out with the aquivalance of somebody with a bad water infection. I'm annoyed because I took the day off work to sort my yard out and I couldn't do nothing. So this actually cost me £150, a waste of a sick day and just a complete head ache

The product is reasonable for the price however the size or thickness of the pipe is not mentioned in the description. This is a thinner than normal hose pipe I guess about 12mm which should be made clear in the description.

Really impressed with this hose, was delivered quickly and very easy to fit. Looks really neat and tidy when it's put away. Great value for the money.

The media could not be loaded. as you can see in the video, it is perfect for my yard just right don't stand out too much on the wall instead of a big real all I could say is very good very happy

Bought this for a pensioner friend of ours who has a very small patio and plants to water. Frankly, when I saw what was delivered, I almost decided to send it back. Very feeble construction, small bore hose and no winding mechanism. A simple length of hose and a tap connector would have done the job just as well.Very unimpressed by this and if I am being honest it is a poor over priced excuse for a hose "reel".
