Is it double sided where I can put two different pictures on each side?

Yes, they are double sided and would be great for putting a different picture on each side. I was really happy with these.

Can the glass be removed from all pieces, including the base? I'm hoping to spray paint the gold to silver.

No it cannot. The gold detailing is in the plastic covering and cannot be removed.

How does the frame open and close?

The frames aren't flush, you slide the photo in then slide the frame into the stand.

Do you have 8 x 10 available at the moment? I know this question was asked 2 yrs ago.

They have an 8 1/2 x 11 but, I do not see a 8 x 10
