I bought these for my 12yo special needs daughter who has urinary accidents most days. They absorb well for the most part but I wouldn’t expect them to hold if you are using them for complete incontinence. My daughter has leaked out of them multiple times at night but for day time they have been okay as we toilet her on a schedule and she doesn’t have accidents of the larger size. No experience with whether or not the hold a BM. Also, can’t truly comment on comfort since I don’t wear them but they don’t seem to bother her or bunch up to one side or the other like the adult small depends brand do for her. They aren’t hard or stiff like some briefs can be either. She is in between sizes; too big for the “nite time” pants/pull-ups but too small for the adult small Depends you can find in stores. These are the perfect size for her right now. She is about 5ft and 95-100 pounds. One thing that I can complain about is they frequently tear in the stretchy area if you tug the slightest bit too hard when pulling them up but I’ll deal with it since they are what we need size wise right now. All in all they’re not perfect but worth it when you’re limited on options.

Easy to put on and take off. Adequately covers what needs to be covered. Are moisture resistant, however, it took several days to get used to the "feel" of the fabric- initially I thought perhaps I may have an allergy to the "different " fabric. No problem now.

Begin delivery of two units November 4, every 2 months. These pull=ups are lavendar, not white, Pricing is below $40 per unit.

These underwear are a total waste of money. Honestly there is no absorbency to these diapers/underwear. I bought these based on the reviews. These underwear leak out from the side. Good thing I have protection on my couch as I would be shampooing my couch everyday. Don’t buy these for frequent urination.

It absorbs a lot, but not enough for my 5 year old, Moreover it doesn't fit 20"/51cm, so I won't buy it again.

I bought these for my 4 year old who has outgrown pull ups. We only use them at night time and he leaked through them 90% of the time. I won't buy again.
