Are the Gillette Nacet Stainless Steel blades the same as the Nacet Platinum? The descriptions for both say the same thing.

No they are not the same, there was a typo in the listing and it was corrected. Platinum blades are hard to get these days because they're slightly sharper than the stainless blades.

Are these packed in white wrapper or are there letters on the wrapper saying gillette nacets?

The wrappers are white and printed "Gillette Nacet Stainless". One of my favorite blades.

Since theyre Gillette do they come with the glue dots that the silver blues do?

I'm not sure what you mean....the blades are individually wrapped in a waxed paper covering and the fold over flap does have a glue/wax substance to hold the waxed paper from coming off the razor.
