This is working for me!
Don't want to call this a miracle pill yet, but this one has certainly worked for me. Approximately 7 lbs in a month. Have not changed anything: Low carb diet, intermittent fasting (9 pm to 12 pm), 35-40 min elliptical 6 days/week. I only take one right around noon with my lunch (about 500 kcal). Total kcal is about 1200-1400 usually. This does suppress appetitite and the caffeine does help in the afternoon, so no coffee after I finish the first 2 cups in the morning.

I don’t feel Any effects at all from this product, if it wasn’t for the fact that it’s a food product, I’d ask for a refund. But that be as it may, I won’t waste any more of my money in the future

It's been 1 month since I included Instant Knockout into my daily routine. With a steady, not-so-strict diet, working out 4-5 days a week a little cardio I've managed to drop 16lbs so far and counting. Time to re-up!!!

Feeling ashamed to throw $60 in the trash. But I do not want to have bulimia by vomiting.
First time in probably 400 orders that I have gave somebody a one star. I have legit tried more than five different ways to swallow this pill; including opening up the pill and swallowing it as halves. It will not go down. For reference, I take six other capsules daily. This is the worst product I have ever even attempted to take. I am throwing away 2/3 of it because I just cannot do anything with it. It will not go into my body. Imagine making a product like that. Purchase whatever you want, but I warned you. The only weight loss you will have is from vomiting this pill.
