The wide spray is very useful. The tap does splash back a bit when turned on with full water pressure if you are rinsing out something underneath it (meaning good water pressure coming out of the tap). The spray head is easy to grip, easy to toggle between the spray and stream functions, returns to position quite easily and I find it way easier to use this type of pull down spray head, then the pull out kind that we used to have.
