Perfect for healing and forearm strengthening
Excellent bar that helped me healing my tendinitis.I sent back the blue one because it was too difficult to do light exercise with it.With this one the difficulty is perfect, even if I'm fit and strong !

Very nice tool
I bought it because I had some minor aches developing on the inside of my left elbow but it turns out this is an easy hand, wrist and forearm trainer too. I can use it while watching TV on the couch and it has improved my grip strength and it has toughened up the palms and fingers in my hand which means that pulling and grabbing hurt less. I went for the medium green one, but I probably should have selected a heavier/firmer one because my base strength is above average (1m89 and exercise 3 times per week).
