ProBody Pilates Ball Small with Pump - 9 Inch Small Exercise Ball

This is a great size ball and flexible. use for knee surgery. perfect for my needs. same as what I use in PT. helped me heal fast in therapy post op. It was easy to blow up.

Easy to inflate with included pump. Have only used a couple of times but working well and serving the purpose I purchased it for. Would recommend. Much better than the smaller one I bought accidentally before.

Just what I needed for physical therapy exercises

Nice exercise ball for husband's home physical therapy needs. Easy to use pump comes in handy as the ball seems to deflates over a several days. Deflates good for storage with pump.

My physical therapist recommended that I get a pilates ball to help build my stamina, stability, and core muscles, and to increase mobility after a recent surgery. After looking through quite a few brands and styles, I got this one because it was exactly the size I was looking for, and had an air pump. The ball is very sturdy and is super easy to inflate with the included air pump. (As an FYI, the ball hasn’t lost air since I first inflated it.) I am a beginner as far as using a pilates ball, but it is easy to learn proper fitness routines and placement because the ball makes learning exercises so easy. I am so happy that I got this one because it is easy to use, slip resistant, and makes doing physical therapy just a little more fun. I have been able to make some gains by incorporating this ball into my daily workouts so thank you Pro Body, for helping me to get my body back.

Really easy to inflate. Perfect size for squeezing between the legs. I love the blue color.

It comes uninflated. I ordered one without a pump. When I saw a pump was necessary, I got a refund then ordered one just like it that came with a pump. It has the most ridiculous inflation process with the pump I have ever seen. A “straw” is provided to pump air through which is not air-tight with the pump. You must hold the straw against the pump and hope it is centered…and then the straw where it fits in the inflation hole is cumbersome and not air tight. Replacing the inflation hole plug back in the hole is impossible while still keep enough air in the ball to make the ball tight. Using two people as recommended in the instructions does not help. This might be a good product if it could be inflated to a respectable hardness…which it cannot.

Recién recibí el producto. La pelota tiene buen material. No es totalmente lisa ,tiene „ buen agarre“. Es mucho más grande de lo especificado. Mide 14 pulgadas no 9. esto último me decepcionó.

It's just a ball. What can I say.

I'm not impressed with the quality of this product.
