For the past month, I've been using this conference speaker at my home office for zoom meetings and it has been excellent. The speaker sounds great, the microphone picks up my voice perfectly, it has a mute button as well as volume up/down, and most importantly it's easy to use. Basically, everything you need in a conference speaker is featured. It was immediately recognized when I plugged it into my computer, and I was up and running within 10 secs. There are nice and soft foam pads on the bottom, and 2 USB passthrough ports. Speakers are clear and has the perfect range of softness or loudness. There are three LEDs, one on each leg, and it lights up green or red depending if it's muted. The USB cable is quite long, but it also has a cable management slot on the bottom that you can wrap the wire around.A very well built conference speaker and I'm extremely satisfied with my purchase!

Excellent audio device that has increased my listeners ability to hear on zoom broadcasts. Couldn’t have found a better cure than this wonderful unit. Well worth the money. Just plug it directly into the computer!

Well, I finally got to use it. This was during a meeting on Zoom. I was impressed. If you are in the market for a no-frills mic for your online meetings, I’d say this is a good value. It’s not an expensive unit, so you don’t get high-end features like extra loud audio. However, this was pretty easy to use and it worked as I’d expect. The sound quality was more than sufficient for a meeting. The only prep needed was plugging it in.

Works for 12 people as long as I keep everyone within 6 feet. If someone walks 10 feet away, forget it. You won't hear that dude. Turns out we use the extra USB on the speaker more than I would have thought. Perfect for a mouse or keyboard.

Last minute needs for hybrid conference drove purchase of this speaker/microphone, so it was overnight delivery, on to conference, out of box, connect to laptop via USB hub, start conference -- easy plug and play. Functioned as promised. Hybrid attendees heard all personal attendees clearly, and all personal attendees heard hybrid attendees clearly. No echo, minimal background noise, excellent sensitivity. Captured all personal attendees despite varying distances from microphone.

The speker and microphone work fine in windows settings, but when I use Zoom, the microphone works fine but the speaker is silent. I have select headphones or internal speakers to get any sound. The option to sleect this product is present in Zoom, but no sound comes out. It works with YouTube and other sources, but not Zoom. Which of course is why I bought a conferencing audio devive.

The microphone quality is great and it picks up everyone around the table. The sound isn't too loud though, I definitely wish it were louder.
