I bought in global store and I received it before their committed date. Good product.

I'm sad it did not work
The package came properly, in a big huge protected box. However, when I opened the product to use it, it did not work. I already have 1 TB external hard drive of Seagate which works really well, so I ordered for 2 TB this time as the storage space will be more. But the product gave a beep sound on connecting with my laptop. The light also did not go off after ejecting it from the system. The hard drive was unrecognizable after installing the drivers also. I don't know what technical problem it had, I have used Seagate before and there has never been an issue, I don't know what technical fault this one had. So unfortunately I had to return it. I'm sad it did not work, I'll have to order it again.
