can someone recommend anchors? twice, the coat racks fell off the wall.

Perhaps use a wall stud finder to locate the studs. Then cut a 1"x4" board at least 18" or longer to span from wall stud to stud and paint it and mount it to the studs. Then mount rack to the board.

Are these hooks suitable for outdoor use: weatherproof and rust proof?

They might be, but they are the weakest and least substantial hooks I have ever purchased. Don’t recommend.

Can these be mounted to the back of doors instead of onto the walls? If yes, is there any impact on the weight that the product can manage?

Yes, if it is a solid core door. A hollow door would be too weak to handle a lot of weight. It would damage the door by flexing it. The rack itself is strong enough to handle pretty much anything.

Does it come with scess and what not to put it up? Do i need to buy anything to install these?
