They are wonderful knives. They stay sharp for quite some time. I am glad that I bought them. **Q: Is the coating non-toxic?** A: Not sure, but logically, as long as these knives have been out and that they are selling pot/pans sets with the same coating, that they wouldn't be toxic. **Q: Anybody have experience with this companies limited warranty?** A: No, but I haven't needed it.
