It looks like it's all stainless steel to me. Wrong picture?** A: You are correct, there is no soft touch handle. The whole tool is steel. I use it to mash up bananas, avocados and other similar food items. Handy little tool… **Q: What are the dimensions of the actual masher part? Is it small enough to fit in a small cereal bowl size? Thanks!** A: According to the dimensions listed, the masher base is 2.13 x 1 inches. I use mine to mash stuff in my 6-ounce ramekins every day, so I would imagine you should be able to mash in your small cereal bowl just fine. **Q: Will this work with strawberries?** A: I've never tried it with strawberries, but assuming the berries are ripe enough, I think it would work. It's a sturdy little thing. But keep in mind that it is a small masher, so if you want to do a lot of berries, I'd recommend a bigger one for the job. **Q: Does the mini masher rust?** A: I haven't noticed any rust. I think I've only used it once though. I keep it in my kitchen chuck box that I use for car travel. It's a little hard on the hand though because it lacks the soft rubber grip that is in the description. ## Customer Reviews ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great little gadget. *by J***E on 7 May 2026* Great little gadget for chopping egg for mayonnaise or smashing avocado. As it is small you only need to do it in a small dish or cup. Easy to use and wash. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Awesome tool *by S***. on 19 May 2026* Awesome product especially for avocado smashing. Works every time even if avocado is a bit hard ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Practico pero incomodo *by Y***V on 30 March 2021* Esta super mini. Es bueno pero el mango no esta cómodo. Y si se me hizo muy caro. Aunque es súper practico para machacar fresaa, zarzamoras, platano... lo unico es el mango que tengo tomarlo con un paño para acomodarme bien. ## Frequently Bought Together - R&M Mini Potato Masher, Mini Egg Masher, Avocado Masher, Stainless Steel, 6 Inches - Mini Avocado Masher, Small Potato Masher, Heavy Duty, Kitchen Utensil.
