At that time they had a light coating of panko and were so yummy. I love the pure taste of crab and too much breading of any kind dulls the taste of the crab. These crabs arrived with a heavy involved panko mixed in with all kinds of other milk product additives. I have resorted to soaking and washing the breading off the crabs and then coating with just a little dusting of flour. Now they taste like a crab should.
