Do they pass ear tip fit test?

Nope! I have not found any size or position in which these tips will pass the ear fit test. And with Apple's large tips, I can pass every time without issue. Of course, those don't stay in my ears which is why I bought these. However... the seal on these foam tips actually feels and sounds good, so I actually feel confused about why they won't pass the fit test even once.

Will these fit the new AirPods Pro 2 - including the charging case?

Yes. I have the medium sized tips and they work on AirPods 2 and fit the charging case

Should you be squeezing the memory foam tip for its fit every time you put them on? or just the first time? absolutely loving the product so far!!

Prepping the tip should be done every time you place them in your ears to ensure they expand into a perfect seal with your ear canal!
