Works great.
This stuff is great. I have gone to replacing my mulch every other year or so. Makes everything look like new. I purchased and sprayed everything at the beginning of the summer and its October in Ga. and it still looks great.

Awesome product
Great product. I usually reapply much every 2 years, pretty much because the color has faded and it starts to look bad. Then I thought, can't I simply dye the mulch just like they do in manufacturing? Then I found this. It's THICK and DENSE. I used a 1 gallon pump sprayer to apply, which works OK but is a hassle for large areas and will kill your back. You can't spray this willy-nilly unless you don't care about overspray. Mixing - easy peasy. Just follow the directions. Application - easy. You can't leave the sprayer once you start, the product will clog up the nozzle, so either do your mulch in sessions, or leave the tip in a cup of water if you've got to leave the unit for a period of time Coverage - soaks into mulch and dry wood REALLY well. I even got the idea to spray some landscape timber we have. It would probably take a few coats to get rid of the splotchyness, but it looks a lot better than it did. This product tends to bead up on most greenery and leaves, which is OK. It will generally wash off with the rain. It does SOAK into wood though, which is why rain won't wash it out of the mulch Cleanup - fine. Plenty of water does the trick. I did maybe 3-4 sessions of 1-2 hours of application (3-4 gallons each) and cleaned the sprayer entirely after every application. Just plenty of water through the whole thing. Storage - make sure you tightly cover the container. Even then the cap tends to cement to the bottle due to the presence of the product. I have a LOT of mulched area and this half gallon will probably allow me to do the area twice before it runs out. One thing's for sure, it looks a LOT better than faded mulch, and it's a LOT cheaper than doing a dress coat of mulch (just for color).

Walk into your local big box and ask for Shabebe! Ha
Back side starts with "please read this entire instruction sheet before you get started" Zero application instructions..... Then again the company name is Shabebe and I wouldn't expect any less with a name like that. Thanks China for your meh blah product.

Almost good as new!
This stuff works pretty good. I made 2 gallons of it and it lasted id say over a100 sq ft. I had a bunch of old mulch in my back yard I reused. It was dried and faded. I wanted something other than red. I chose brown and it covered the faded red decently. It is a tad hard to control and get the edges, I ended up with some overspray on my foundation, fence and shed. But thats an application problem, not a product problem. Im unsure if it will come off or if it will forever be there. It doesn’t look fresh out of the bag mulch, it looks more matte and I would relate it to watered down brown paint. I would recommend this over buying new mulch, as mulch takes years to break down and you end up having too much mulch to deal with (like me). Id rather skip a few years and use this to prolong my mulch than keep adding. I gave 4 stars because it just doesn't look like freshly dyed mulch imo. But i still think it os acceptable.

Mulch Stain
Works as advertised. Was subjected to 4.5 inches of rain about a month after application and it still looks great.

Excellent product, saves time and money.
Excellent product. Revitalized my 9 month mulch with a Chapman sprayer and this mulch dye. Saved the work in putting down 50 bags of mulch in 45 minutes. Worth every penny, will use it again next year.

I hate buying mulch every year
Usually dont write reviews but this one deserves it. A little goes a long way. A third covered all my mulch. Makes a pretty noticeable color difference. Maybe 75% like new. Clean up of my sprayer was quick and easy. Glad to at least put off for a couple year the never ending money pit of mulching my flower beds.
