Solid product
I received this item for free. It’s a good product, solid battery life, decent construction. Has a high speed and low speed, folds up for carrying. Will definitely use this summer!

Great Little Handheld Fan
This is a great little fan. The handle is the perfect size for my hand. It is also easy for smaller hands to hold. I love the blade design of this fan. Those little blades between the larger blades really help to move a surprising amount of air. On the lowest speed, this fan works better than some other small desktop fans I have used on their highest settings. The battery life is great. It seems like the battery life of this fan lasts all day. I like that this fan also includes a clip so I can also fold the fan and sit it on my desk. The clip is flimsy, but it does its job to hold the fan upright on a desk. I'm not sure if I would trust clipping this fan to anything with that clip. One of my favorite features of this fan is the little umbrella clips on the back of the fan. I wasn't sure what they were for until I saw them in the instructions. There were no directions on how to use the umbrella clips, but it only took one attempt at attaching them to an umbrella to figure it out. The clips are designed to hold tight to the umbrella when the fan is oriented a certain way. If the fan is loose, all I have to do is turn the fan 180 degrees and reattach it to the umbrella. My wife attaches this fan to her umbrella on hot days when she walks to pick up my daughter from school. She made fun of the fan and the umbrella feature to start with, but now she uses the fan daily. My kids also fight over who gets to use the fan. That is a good indication of a quality and durable product. My only complaint about the fan is that the fan motor is fairly loud for something so little, but that is not a deal breaker. I will probably purchase some of these fans as gifts for others.

Small but moves a lot of wind.
3 levels of speed. Lots of wind if you want it. I like how it folds down and can easily fit in a purse or bag. Great fan!

This little fan is a wonder !
This little fan is a wonder !! This is the 2nd one I've purchased. I've used it overnight for sleeping--it runs for over 8 hours without quitting on the slowest speed (it is so powerful, I rarely need a higher speed, even when placing it 3 feet away). We've had 90-100 degree weather lately & I've run it all day plugged in--24 hours--and the little wonder keeps running, & doesn't overheat. On the slow speed it almost can't be heard it's so quiet ! The higher speeds aren't very loud, either. A while back, I bought one of another brand that doesn't work nearly as well. The wire stand that comes with this one is kind of a pain to use, but the fan balances on the handle just fine without it. It can be adjusted in all sorts of ways, angles, to satisfy any need. I thought I got a plug-in charger for the power cord to plug into with the first one, but not this 2nd one. Either I'm mistaken & the plug-in didn't come with it or the company stopped including it--either way, I have the first one so that's fine. All in all, I won't be buying any brand of hand fan other Version Tech. As Mikey says, "try it, you'll like it" !

This little fan is a must buy!
Can’t believe I waited so long to buy this! The size is perfect to throw in a bag for traveling. The speeds are actually very powerful for the size of this fan. Fan is very lightweight and will cool you off in no time. Charge will last for a lot longer than I expected. Would make a great gift! Love the relaxing noise it makes for night time or napping. Great quality and such a great price point.

Mini Handheld Fan, Great for Long Days Outside in the Heat!
I don't do well with hot weather and prefer to stay indoors if its hotter than 75 degrees but we were celebrating my sister's graduation with an all day trip to Disneyland. So I bought this handheld fan after getting the idea from some people I follow on IG and it was a LIFESAVER. My group thought I was being extra at first but soon asked to use my fan to help cool themselves down. Just the combination of the heat & how great the fan was convinced my sister to buy her own for another visit. I especially loved that you could hold it or it can fold to fit in your bag. I even had it half folded so that the handle kept the fan up and we left the fan and pointed at us while we ate our lunch outside. We compared it to those handheld fans you can buy at Disneyland and this one was better in every way. It was cheaper, has 3 settings and a much stronger setting. The ones at Disneyland only have one setting and is weak compared to the lowest setting on this one. The battery life was okay - I wish I had known to charge it BEFORE we left for the day. It died about halfway through the day. This wasn't unexpected because we'd been using it pretty much the entire day but I wonder if it would've lasted longer had I charged it beforehand like I normally do with a portable charger. IF YOU KNOW YOU'RE GOING TO USE IT ALL DAY, DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND BRING THE CABLE WITH YOU. I didn't think I would need it and left the cable at home. When it died on me, we were right at the hottest part of the day and I knew I wouldn't be able to deal without it so I had to buy a cable from Disneyland (which is already expensive). Combine that with the fact that I know I have the right cable at home, I was annoyed with myself that I hadn't thought to bring the cable with me. It looks like some people are upset because they cant charge theirs -- the product description says that you need to open the battery area and remove the white paper tab in order to be able to charge it so do that as soon as you receive this. Once I had the cable, it was just a simple act of plugging it into my portable charger. The great thing was you didn't need to wait for it to get charged before using again -- as soon as its plugged into the source, you can use it. The only con was the noise of the fan itself. Out in the crowds you couldn't tell but when you move indoors where its a bit quieter, you can definitely hear the fan -- one star was knocked off just because of the noise level. Overall, this was a great investment and I'll definitely be using it when I can't avoid the heat.

Upstarring my review
🖍Updated review: The exposed wires don’t seem to be an issue. I use this to prevent my iPhone from overheating when I absolutely must use my iPhone while running hot (those racing apps aren’t going to play by themselves). In the time I’ve had this fan, I’ve charged it twice. I don’t keep it on the charger, and yet the battery holds the power without losing strength between charging a. The breeze is very strong. Yes, it has exposed wires, so I would strongly encourage users to use it indoors where it’s dry, and not in the rain. But I am pleasantly surprised by the battery endurance and fan’s strong breeze. And might I also add that I only use it on the lowest setting, which is still very powerful. The other brand I purchased does not compare to this fan in wind velocity or battery life. So I do recommend this fan. 🖍 Previous review: Let me point one thing out to prevent confusion that I fell for. The photo of the cord on the first page is not a two-pronged plug. If you zoom in, you will discover that photo is a mini USB plug. I do not believe they were deliberately trying to trick us into believing it was an electrical plug for a standard United States outlet. You will need a charger, since one was not provided. Straight out of the box, the fan works fine. It has three settings, and all three work with the push of the button. This is trivial, but if you only use the first setting, you have to cycle through two higher settings before turning it off. The fan is not very loud on the low setting, but if you are in a quiet place, like a church or funeral, the medium and high settings can be audible when you use them or cycle through the settings to shut the fan off. It seems like this fan was once a AA battery fan that has been reconfigured into a rechargeable fan. There is a battery cover along the length of the handle on the side. The clip of the battery cover has a tiny screw that prevents the user from removing the battery cover without a special odd-shaped tiny screwdriver. What this tells me is they had a bunch of AA battery powered fans laying around, but they couldn’t sell them unless they were rechargeable. So they added rechargeable battery packs, fixed in a tiny screw, and resold them as rechargeable. So I don’t have a lot of faith in the quality of the rechargeable battery system in this fan. I have a few more issues with this fan: When I plugged in the fan, I noticed the mini-USB plug was sticking out a bit far. I don’t know if this is a hazard, but I felt it should be mentioned. USB plugs (or any plug) should fit flush against the item it is charging, without exposure to electrical elements. The fan is charging now as I type, and I notice a faint red light that I assume is the charging light. There’s a hole in the fan that allows me to see the light as I turn the fan at an angle, but they didn’t seem to put much effort in the charging light. Will it turn green when it is fully charged? [EDIT: Yes, the light does turn green when the device is fully charged.] One of the first things I noticed about this fan is the exposed wires in the fold of the handle. I don’t know what would happen if this gets wet. There is also a single frail-appearing wire beside it, that I’m afraid will eventually break. With the constant folding and unfolding of the handle, I’m quite sure some of these exposed wires will fray, rendering the fan useless. The fan is designed to fit on the ribs of an umbrella. I assume the umbrella they meant for this fan was a parasol that protects the user from the sun. I haven’t tried this on an umbrella, because I purchased this fan to cool off my very overheated iPhone. The fan does the job I intended it to do, and does so on the lowest setting, which should theoretically prolong the life of the battery. We’ll see. The fan is provided with a metal “clip” that fits into the handle, but when I attached the clip, I discovered it to be very flimsy. It’s basically a bent piece of wire, which will undoubtedly wind up in my junk drawer that I call a “garbage can waiting room”. The bottom of the handle has a strap-handle hole. I’m sure with the right strap that is long enough to be worn around the neck, the user could bend up the fan toward the face, that should provide hands-free air. But I haven’t tested this theory. No strap was provided with this fan. [EDIT: The fan bends downward, making this idea a dud.] As I mentioned, I purchased this fan for my iPhone. I also bought a smaller fan (from a different company) so I can be charging one fan while using the other. Both fans have three settings and both project the same force of air. I deliberately bought two different fans because I know if I bought two exact fans, one will work better than the other, and I will obsess over the weaker of the two. I will be keeping an eye on this particular fan and keeping you updated on its durability. But I honestly feel like I bought a piece of junk. However, for the purpose I purchased this item, there is no reason for the wires to be exposed to moisture. Do I recommend this fan? The exposed wires are set deep in a crevice, but I can’t help but wonder if a small child could poke his finger in and touch those shiny wires while the device is plugged in, could he suffer a shock? This issue could’ve been prevented, simply by wrapping the wires before inserting them in the device. I may disassemble the fan and attempt to insulate the wires, myself. I can’t prevent my mind from constantly focusing on this one issue. I provided a photo of the exposed wires, simply because there are no other available photos of the back-side of the fan. Even user reviews failed to photograph the back, so I provided that photo - complete with arrows and labels - for you. The yellow arrow points out the exposed wires. The orange arrow points out the very frail wire I mentioned. The white arrow points to the USB plug that does not fit flush with the device. I hope this review gives you some insight to help you decide if this particular item will suit your needs. I am not trying to discourage anyone from buying this item. It does work well for the reason I purchased it. But if you are buying it to use in the sun or an area where no option to recharge the device is provided, a cannot guarantee you will not be stranded in the heat without a cooling device that could prevent possible heat stroke. If you have a medical condition that would require the use of a personal fan, you should pass on this one and spend a bit more money on a more reliable fan. But the price is low enough to take your chances, if comfort is your only purpose for buying a personal fan.

Awesome product
Fan speed is good, fan is very handy and light weight, can fit into sling bag. I had a similar fan from Opolar brand, but this is much more compact and efficient.
