Liquid Motion Timer

I received the blue and red one. I am not sure how long the timer goes for as I couldn't find it on the box but I don't really plan on using it as an actual timer anyway. It's bigger than I expected but that's a good thing! It looks really cool.

This already broke and the window for return ended 9 days ago.

Okay, it did for years no leaks; eventually colors fade and now 2025 does not work at all.

Got one to use with SPED students at school.While I find it fun to watch, the kids get bored with it quickly. Also, not useful as a timer really--the timing aspect was not very consistent, and it was "done" way too fast. A bigger timer that goes more slowly would be of more help. So, although I find it kinda fun, it was a big bust for its original intention. :(

TIME OUTS & TIMER; My grandson is most definitely adhd. He has temper tantrums, and is as devious & defiant as they come. (But so precious). these have worked really really well for timeouts. He sits there calmly and because hes not throwing a temper tantrum he can listen to reason. TIMER As far as the time it takes to empty. I noticed they are all different. One lasted 2 1/2 minutes, the others around 6 and 7 minutes. It seems like the holes where it drips from might be made different sizes. My older grandkids (8 & 11) were mesmerized by it as well.

The colors are random. I got the blue/green combo which we like. I dropped a star because one of the plugs had a piece sticking out so it wouldn't lie flat so I trimmed it but during the process a couple air bubbles got inside so that bothers me a little. Otherwise it works I have been losing my mind with kids getting overly angry and not being able to find a way to help them calm down. While one child will still throw a fit before agreeing to it I do find it helps calm them down and I tell them to keep flipping it until they are completely calm. I haven't actually times it but it doesn't last more than a minute possibly less that. I have 3 kids and nanny for a family of 3 (3 of the kids go to school full time and 2 are part time and then 1 is an active one year old) so I will probably be getting another in the future to have more than one kid calming down whether it is anger or anxiety.

I loved these things when I was a kid, and was hoping to find something similar for my son. Maybe to get him to sit still for a few minutes? Well, it works! This was a great purchase, and I feel like it's very good quality. My kids have thrown and dropped it, and the durable plastic has held up very well. My one year old and five year old are both enthralled with this "toy". I will be buying some more of these for birthday gifts.

The colored drops fall much too quickly to be relaxing. Also, one color is apparently heavier than the other so after a while only one color falls. It's cheap-looking and lightweight. It's smaller than I expected; perhaps there was a size spec I didn't see. This item is worth about $1.99.
