Dr Singah’s products are excellent and I highly recommend mustard bath as well. I first discovered the mustard bath in Earth Fare Store in Asheville NC in 2010 (sadly no longer in business). Felt a cold/flu coming and the sales person recommended this . Wow! I took a hot bath and soaked for about 15 min. Rinsed off and wrapped up in warm cotton pj’s and went to bed. Slept like baby and felt MUCH BETTER! Been using it ever since. I LOVE THE SMELL…very soothing. Both products work amazingly. I love authentic Ayurvedic products and am a verified purchaser.
