Best way to buy oats
I bake bread with oats, make our own granola with them and as hot overnight oatmeal. It just made sense to buy bulk, better price too.

A hiccup in the original order, but they made it right.
I'll update this if it's fixed. But, I ordered the 25lb bag of Old Country Style Muesli, and instead received a 25lb bag of Irish steel-rolled oats. Edit -- they're working on fixing it. Great customer service so far. Will update when complete. Edit 2 -- They fixed it. They send a shipping label to return the wrong product, and they shipped the correct product out. No money lost for me, just a bit of extra time to get what I wanted. The product is great, and I have no complaints at this point; this is the best price I've found.

Received Muesli instead of rolled oats.
I have been ordering rolled oats for years now. This is the first time I've gotten muesli. Be sure to check the bag before opening it to ensure you got the right product.

Ordered Muesli got Rolled Oats
I would like to say that this company offered a great price for the muesli. However, they sent me 25lbs of Rolled Oats, not Muesli. Shame, 'cause I love Bobs Red Mill Muesli. However, I contacted customer service and was nicely surprised by the speed at which they resolved this mis-delivery. They have refunded my money, yea! Nice fast response. Discussion with customer service went well, they acted promptly and courteously. Thanks guys for taking customer service seriously.. Nice one! I've rated the Muesli as 5 stars (I've been eating it for 5+ years, and love it). If there were a rating for the vendor I would give them 5 stars for customer service response and action.
