Does this cover black Sharpie pens when inking and make a mistake?

I just experimented by drawing a line with a black Sharpie. I then went over the line with white India ink. The ink is opaque and covered the Sharpie line completely. Hope that helps.

Is this an alcohol ink?

No. All Dr. Ph. Martin’s are water-based. However, you can add alcohol to Bombay to transform it into a product very similar to standard alcohol ink.

Does anyone know if this is considered archival quality ink?

Yes Bombay ink is considered archival quality.

Will this in work with rubber stamps?

Yes however it will require cleaning before it dries on the rubber stamp or after with a cleaner like rubbing alcohol.
