My experience on all shirts I've tried them on has been that they leave a sticky residue that hasn't come off after 3 washes with several different stain removers. My guess is that they'll damage your blouse like they did several of my shirts. **Q: It are reusable?** A: Thank you for your question and interest in the Fashion Anchor. To remove the Fashion Anchor, it simply is slowly pulled off with no build-up or residue. You can also leave it on if you aren't going to laundry (reusable). If you accidentally leave it on and launder your shirt, it will come off in the washer. Hope this helps! **Q: Will they work on what they call Dri-fit shirts?** A: Yes, it will. I do not longer use this product.
