Review: Works well - They straight up work. We used it with both hot and cold oil and it did the job. Hot oil filtered faster.

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Holding up well after 3 months of bi-weekly use
*by C***Y on June 26, 2022*

So far so good. Used in a professional kitchen, lots of fried chicken (read: lots of flour and little cruncy bits sinking to the bottom of the fryer). Business picked up just enought that running our fryer grease through a conical strainer wasn't preventing it from being too dark by the end of the week. I tried this out and it's been great so far. Does it's job and seems relatively sturdy.
