It has other uses too!
This item can make you laugh or cry, but laughter might not be for the reason one would expect. My wife and I are grandparents and no longer need to worry about little surprise packages that we can't hand back. I gave this to her as a Christmas present and it was worth it just to see her burst into fits of laughter when she opened it. I don't think she has used it yet!
