I'm a big fan of Julian Bakery's Paleo protein bars.  I am addicted to the Cinnamon Roll and Glazed Donut flavors.  I decided to try the Vanilla Pudding flavor and it is awful.  I have to throw the whole box away.  So....I definitely recommend the Paleo protein bars but stay away from the Vanilla pudding flavor.

I have been eating strict Paleo for quite a while, and I am very used to bland unsweetened food...that being said, I usually can muscle through any health food type item that tastes less than great. I feel bad to say it, but these bars are terrible. I really wanted to like them so I ignored other reviews and went ahead and bought them. They are rock hard and have the consistency of a really old tootsie roll with a slight coffee flavor mixed in with the barely there vanilla flavor. I would not recommend these bars to anyone.

Greasy....like eating plastic taffy.  I went for this because I want to get a large amount of protein and low carbs.  It just didn't cut it.  Couldn't get use to the texture and the flavor really wasn't there for me!
