is it safe for window tint

My husband has used it on our tinted vans side windows, and says it works very good, he loves the cleaner. There is a safe on tinted windows statement on the back label of the product.

Does Invisible Glass contain bleach or ammonia?

It contains water, hydrocarbon blend.
