They are also a nice, medium thickness, better for my use as a liner for the bottom of my toaster oven pan and larger jelly roll pans for use in my regular oven. They are great for heating frozen chicken wings, since any caramelized portion remains with the wing, instead of sticking to the pan. I also like using them with breaded pork chops that I bake in the oven: the breading stays with the chop instead of sticking to the pan. They also work well with baking cookies and "muffin tops." Please keep in mind the temperature rating of the sheets. I try to keep them below 450F (230C). They will stain with use, but that doesn't diminish their non-stick properties.

Reusable and easy to clean
When cooking large Turkey with breast down to retain moisture, use Teflon Sheets to cover so as not to dry upper portion and alleviate any splatter from juices.
