Very handy little tool! We have a child that does not like to eat corn off the top because of their teeth, so this tool works great for them! Easy to toss in the dishwasher, too!

When you grow and can your own food. Cutting the corn off 300 ears of corn can be time consuming. I’ve used the old board style been cut and used a knife. Both those methods are time consuming, potential of cutting yourself, and three times as messy. I could not believe how amazing this thing works and on all the different diameter size corn. Note the short half ears of corn this thing is hard to use but still gets it done. It 100% worth it and increased the production time by a lot. Ps it will give your forearm muscles a workout but safer, more efficient in cutting all the corn off, and efficient in time!

The quality is good so far, It worked so far for over 50 cobs of corn. Only downfall was it was too big for some of the cobs. But was a time saver for sure.

This item is difficult to find but essential if you plan to can corn. It is easy to use and a very simple tool. The corn fits inside the tool and you turn the corn. The size of the corn doesn’t seem to matter. I stripped 11 large cobs in about 20 minutes. No fuss and no mess! ( 7 pints). Easy and quick . I highly recommend this tool.

It works if the cob is not too large. So not with all corn cobs. But the product is good with the right one! I have small drawers and it fits while many products do not. Washes in dishwasher and is made of nice quality plastic

It removes the full kernel of corn, where others leave some kernel on the cob. Once I got the hang of it, it did a great job.

So let's start by saying that this gadget seriously did some damage. It's survived 80+ ears of corn which yielded about 28 cups. It was relatively easy to use however had its flaws. For the most part, it removed the kernels flawlessly. There wasn't much waste left behind in the mid section to the end. However, it at times missed quite a bit at the narrowest part of the cob. We went back through and focused the edge on each side and cleaned it up. The other challenge was removing the gadget from the thickest end without practically throwing corn. It took some practice but you were able to control it a bit more by slowly rotating the cob and striper in opposite directions until it basically twisted off. Overall, well worth the money! I couldn't imagine stripping the kernels by knife. It held up great, will be used again and is definitely something I'd buy again! *9/15/2024- This gadget lasted yet another season. This time shredding 138 cups of corn and still going strong!

I love this it makes it so easy to cut the corn off the cob. No using knife!! It saves time and it is safer.
