**Q: On this if-1500 protex is there a top cover to make the top completely flat???**
A: Yes there is.  It's a piece of 1/16th inch steel with a small hole in the middle so you can hook it with a finger to lift it.

**Q: What size is the bottom plate that acts as an anchor in the concrete?**
A: This is from memory only, but IIRC, the bottom flange sticks out maybe 3/4" beyond the sidewalls all the way around. Maybe someone posted pics of one new.

**Q: I lost the combination code how can I open it? Or make a new one?**
A: Good questions only way is to call a locksmith that specializes in safe there’s cost is about 250 to 350 
And most of the times they have to cut it open
