How many in one packet?

1. Its better to buy in the Asian store. You pay $11 for 2 pack. The price I made was only for one. Too expensive for the price of one when you can get 2 for the same price in a store.

Can this be used on fine thin hair thats breaking and have'nt been touched up in 4-5months?

If your hair is damaged already I wouldn't use this product. This is a great product but it's just like any other relaxer it does contain strong chemicals and I would be very cautious about using it on damaged hair

is this relaxer premixed?

No it is not. You or your beautician will have to mix it but it is already pre-measured if that helps you.
