I liked its humour, the characters, the pranks and what I also really enjoyed is the male characters created by this writer. They are the perfect male: loving, humorous, protecting, caring and gorgeous.This book is also about friendship. I actually quite liked the beginning, but idk there was just something missing. I felt like it was odd how even though Jessie was eight months pregnant, it didn’t feel like it? Maybe I’m just not as well versed in pregnancy side effects as I thought i was but there was a lot less ~evidence~ that she was pregnant. It was just mentioned, rather than it actually existing as something that seriously affected her daily life. But, I’ve never been pregnant so what do I know?I also hated the prank at the gala, and that instantly removed a star for me.I hate that this wasn’t as enjoyable as the first book because this is the third Sarah Adams book I’ve read and I loved the other two.
