I've tested and gifted several of these ... *by N***N on Reviewed in the United States on June 7, 2016* This is a really nice diffuser . I've tested and gifted several of these in the past . This one is MINE !So many reasons why I'm not going to share it ?Reason number one - it's gorgeous looking . Yes you could put this in your kiddos room, kitchen , living room , etc . But I want it for my room .I'm very surprised at the amount of space this is covering. Our home has an open floor plan with the kitchen and the living room as a large open area .I set this up on my kitchen table to test it out before using in my room .You can smell the oil that I used throughout both areas and in my hallway . I would recommend if using this in a smaller space to cut down the amount of oil you are using . A little will go a long way .In one of my photos , I held up a black notebook behind this so you could better see the amount of mist coming out of it . It is currently being used on the shorter time , higher most mode .A few of the features with this are the 7 different colors that you can have going on simultaneously , or just one choice at a time . You can also set this up to run for different time frames and different flow strengths with an automatic shut off for each.An example would be a higher output ( mist ) for an 1-3 hours or a lower output 6-10 hours . When I tested it with the 6 hour output it still had plenty of water left in it .How to use :It's pretty standard for usage . You plug it in at the bottom and just remove the entire top of the unit . They do provide a measuring cup for you to measure out the amount of water you desire for the time frames you want to use it for . Add your water and your oil. Just put the lid back on plug into wall , and you are set to use . The on/off timer switch is located near the bottom of the unit .I would still read your instructions for tips and troubleshooting info if you have any issues . Also I want to mention that if you have problems or you aren't happy with this for any reason Samata Life offers a 100 % guarantee with this . So there's not anything to lose .Cleanup :You do want to extend the life of this as its a great diffuser. So clean it after using a few times or after 5-6 days . Cleaning info is also provided in the instruction manual .Here is my one and only issue with this . I wish the cord was a different color . I know , sounds petty . But it would look much nicer in my opinion if it was black or brown . Other than that , this is my favorite one that I've used to date . I hoped it would be better than the old candle diffusers because I usually end up burning those...and this product is definitely WAY better. But it's also much easier to use and clean than I had anticipated, and I didn't realize it would be such a cool nightlight, too! I guess I thought it would just have the one color, but it has lots of colors as well as bright and dim settings for each! Major bonus. I've been sick for over a week, and after the first night of using the diffuser with essential oils to treat my cold and cough, I felt significantly better. Looking forward to using it for my insomnia next with lavender, etc. SOOO much better than the candle diffusers.
