What are the ingredients in this conditioner?

The * means "origin natural", the ** means "Certified Bio". I couldn't find anything that matched "Certified Bio" that might be relevant to ingredients in this product. Maybe someone else knows what that means? As I noted in my review, references to "natural" are problematic. Finally, I don't know if this is the reason for the methyl... chemicals, which are preservatives that have been associated with some health difficulties, but the USDA has requirements for preservatives in products of European origin that are not required in the EU. Most of the other ingredients are pretty benign so I should soften my review a bit.
