Hey everyone. Does this eventually harden when applied or does it stay a liquid consistency?

In my experience over 20 years, I have found that Dow Corning 4 retains its original consistency (although I wouldnot describe it as having a liquid consistency).

Question 2

I'm looking for a conductive grease for the knife blades of disconnects. Any such thing? Something like they use in new disconnects.

I am a high voltage technician,  This is routinely used to grease copper blade switches both in the pivot and the movable contact of 5kV and 15kV switches in indoor and outdoor applications.  Although it is an insulating grease, the copper has excellent conductivity where the blades meet, not sure how that works but it's the industry standard.  Another excellent switch grease is Mobil 28

Can this be used on Spark Plug wire sets thanks

Yes.  It will help give you some extra protecting from water splashing underhood and affecting your spark plugs.  Principally this would be in older cars, newer ones don't need it,  #4 compound is FAMOUS.  One tube can literally last you 10 years to a life time.  When you have nuts and bolts that are outside if you put this on them.  The bolt, all the threads, inside the nut, and then torque it down, it will come off after 20 years like the day you put it on.  So if you can't afford stainless steel outside hardware, use zinc coated bolts and nuts and put this on it.

Is this recommended for outdoor coax RG-6 connectors?

This isn't a sealing compound.  It is a silicone "grease".  Therefore it would wash-off in the outdoor weather.
