Great for Glastron SX 195
Just like everyone else yes I should wax the boat more often than I do. Typically I get it done once a year. I used to use a 3M product but I can't locate that one any more so I tried this out. It works exactly as you would expect it to. I apply it by hand and then use a buffing wheel to remove it. It worked exactly as you work expect in terms of easy to apply and easy to remove and the end result I was impressed with. It removed some of the oxidation and the boat looks as good as you can expect for the age. I'll buy this one again if it's still around next year when I do the boat again.

Cleans well
Great cleaner wax. Large size bottle. A bit too heavy to carry around while cleaning

This stuff is the bomb on a large 5er trailer with fiberglass gel coat.
I have a 38 foot quad slide 5 er that really needed help. It has, to my knowledge, not had a wax or even a wash in 13 years. The epdm roof is shot and needed replacement. All those years of the epdm roof sluffing off and running down the sides of the RV turned the gel coat rough and kind of pasty looking. It really needed some TLC. I tried using this wax but it just was not up to cleaning off 13 years of abuse. After talking to some friends who are detailers they suggested Meguires D-151 restoration cream. After 40 hours of using the D151 and a DeWalt buffer with a wool pad on slow I finally was able to cut through the haze and got down to the restored gel coat. Then I applied this wax as a final protective layer. I put it on by hand and buffed it off using a new wool pad on high. What a difference! The trailer looks new except for the decals which are checked, but that vast expanse of gel coat looks perfect. This wax was the final touch. I even smeared this wax over the checked and discolored vinyl decals and they turned out a bit darker and more even. This stuff is the bomb! Now I actually get compliments of how good my rig looks and when I tell them itโs 13 years old, they simply canโt believe it. I used the D151 and this wax to finish it up. Then, as a final touch, I ordered some turtle wax plastic restorer and put it on any rubber or faded plastic parts like wheel skirts, tires, and the vinyl inserts on the transition strips. I do not believe that this trailer ever looked better then it does right now. I got so stoked on its outwardly appearance that I installed a new hardwood floor in the kitchen, completely remodeled the bath, and installed a new residential fridge in stainless which then necessated a new stainless microwave. I removed the stove and installed a new drawer dishwasher in stainless and replaced the gas cooktop with an inductive cooktop. This trailer had corean counters so I had a counter made to match the existing countersfor where the stove was and installed it there. The inductive cooktop is portable so now if not cooking I have added more counter space. Itโs like owning a brand new rig at the cost of 4 payments on a new RV. I could not be happier!

Good product, but name is a little misleading
I am a first-time RV owner, having purchased a used 19-ft. travel trailer. I decided to protect my new investment buy purchasing a good wax to not only bring back the shine to our new camper, but to help protect it throughout the camping season. After reading the reviews on Amazon, I decided to give this stuff a try. First let me say, that I was a little misled by the name of this product..."One-Step Cleaner Wax". What I pictured in my head was a product that you added to a bucket of water, and you could literally wash your RV with it, and it would leave a nice, protective, shiny coat behind. Perhaps I should have researched it a little more, but this is definitely NOT a one-step, wash n' wax product. The directions on the bottle make it perfectly clear that you must first wash your RV as your normally would, ensuring it is clean and dry, THEN apply this product, allow it to dry to a haze, then buff it off. That's THREE steps, as far as I'm concerned. Let me say you definitely want to use this product on a cool day, with your RV in the shade. It makes it so much easier to buff off the haze. It does bring back the color and shine to your RV nicely. It also does a nice job of removing those black streaks from under windows, hatch doors, etc. that soap and water fail to remove. The product has a nice scent (although I do not recommend inhaling it!), and a little goes a long way. I will definitely purchase this again. Just be aware, I think the name "One Step Cleaner Wax" is a little misleading, especially for new, first-time RV owners.

Cleans and shines in one easy application
Product worked great. Cleaned off bugs and light oxidation and left the surface clean and shiny on painted surfaces, vinyl graphics, fiberglass and aluminum rims. I just applied it today so I cannot rate the product on longevity. Also, I applied it by hand and did half of a 33โ class A motorhome today. Doing the rest tomorrow and expect it will take about 8 hours in total.

Works Really Well At Removing Grime
This worked really well on my RV trailer. I used a battery powered buffer. Buffed it on and wiped it with a microfiber towel. It got rid of dirt/grime that the washing didnโt remove, including some sort of black haze I had trouble with. The buffing pad came out really dirty, so that tells you how much extra grime came off. The trailer came out so shiny I could almost see my reflection. The trailer is now smooth to the touch. I used a lot of it so I would guess I could only get two more applications with this bottle. Well worth it.

I will definitely buy again and recommend.
I have used the three step Meguire's Marine/RV Fiberglass Restoration System in the past. This one step compound gave the same result in a fraction of the time. It's less expensive too. I used it on my RV after it sat outside uncovered all winter in Colorado and had a chalky oxidation layer on all of the fiberglass. This removed the oxidation easily and polished to a high gloss.

My rig looked better than the day I picked it up! Great stuff!
Just polished off a 32oz bottle on my 40' fifth wheel (pun intended). I was very impressed by the ability to remove oxidation and it makes for a nice shine. I applied by hand but removed by both buffer wheel and by hand. Once dry, it removed easily. In regards to scratches, it may deal with very light scratches but I did not see much improvement over some slight scratches that I had. I applied it in direct sunlight just to see how it worked and it still came off easily. I used this on both the metal and fiberglass portions of my rig and it did great. It was not smooth metal so it took a bit more elbow grease to remove it. It has since rained and it does a great job repelling water, keeping my rig looking sharp. I can't comment on longevity but if it's like any other Mequiar product, I expect it to do well. I use nothing but Mequiar's and this product did not let me down. Again, the removal of oxidation and other surface grime was fantastic with this cleaner/wax!! Extremely impressed and I recommend this to all of my RV friends.

best cutting/polish I have tried
Takes off light surface marks very well and leaves a great shine. easy to use without much effort. I used the product in low sunlight conditions, i have not used it in direct hot sunlight. Will buy again, best product I have used on my boat.
