How good is the quality?

The quality is very good, the size is perfect for traveling. I would recommend a different colour as I roll regularly, but this was too stiff for me.

I ordered a high density roller but it is too hard on my back. Will this one work?

I would say that this one is medium density. I also had a high density roller that was too hard. This is a smaller roller for travel, but I also find it works great on some areas where my larger one can't quite get to.

How hard is the green one?

Too hard for me. Totally useless as a lumbar support. Possibly good for what it was intended.

I ordered this as the green, medium density, version. but i got a green high density one. how do i get the medium density one?

Hi, Our green travel roller is our medium density roller, however the packaging may indicate high density. We do carry a black high density travel roller found here https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0767Q9B5P but these are the only two rollers we carry. If you think the black high density travel roller would work better for you or if you would like to return your green travel roller, please do not hesitate to contact us as customer service is our #1 priority.
