AUGUST 15, 2022 First-time user – Package arrived! Type A personality, I took 2 mid-morning. Big mistake. Within 30 minutes my heart was pounding out of my chest, cold sweats, upset stomach, dizzy, huge spike in nervous energy. (And, yes, I took it with a big glass of water, and ended up having to take 6 Tums to calm the stomach.) The only upside was that within 30 minutes I got a throbbing hard erection that any 20-year-old would envy. (I am 73 years old.) I was at work and it was embarrassingly hard (take that however you desire) to hide for about 3 hours. A couple of my male coworkers glanced at my crotch and gave me big grins. (So I had to explain!) I couldn’t stop thinking about getting home and having sex with my wife. We take care of grandkids in the afternoon and evening so there’s little possibility of making love until 9 or 10 p.m. Darn! By bedtime 95% of the erection effect had largely worn off, and it gave me insomnia till 3 am. Second day I took one around 10 am. Results same as above, with less pronounced effects but still more than I desired. Again, little to no help in regards to aiding in romance that night. On the third day I cut one in half. Took half at 10 am, half around 2 pm. Both times I experienced a nice manageable spike in energy; it also increased the amount of time I couldn’t stop thinking about sex. Got a spontaneous erection a few times. The effect carried on until bedtime. Had a WONDERFUL TIME with wife. (Did I mention I am 73 years old?) Suppressed appetite all day. Definitely boosts energy. --Only bad side effect was insomnia. Couldn't go to sleep until 1:30 am. Woke up with a STRONG one at 6:30. Felt like a 20 yr old! So, I kept reading about yohimbe and yohimbine. I tried a yohimbe product and honestly didn't notice much of a result. All truth be told I take quite alot of "supplements" including super supps and wasn't expecting very much from this product either. I was pleasantly surprised! It definitely works for me as an appetite suppresant and I have absolutely noticed help in losing fat. I am now down over 60 pounds and look better than most people half my age! It's not a miracle pill (thise do not exist) but it absolutely helps alot and this particular product is very inexpensive for what you get!

Potent supplement with good absorption thanks to the sunflower oil. Provides noticeable energy boost but not for what I was thinking it would help for.

This is good stuff. Good pricing compared to other brands. I pour mine in a spare bottle so I don't have to open the bag every day. Have noticed no negative side effects from yohimbine and I've been using it for years.
