A: There are lots of them and many shapes too. I have not had much luck hammering them a press would be better but I don't have one. I've rigged a bench vise to get the job done.

A: They may work on very thin wood. I have only used them onleather. They are very sharp and may work.

I saw a review on YouTube where folks were using these to cut foam for grasshopper imitations Aka fly tying). I bought two sets. Both work great.plenty of shapes to choose from. Cut quality was very good. I’d recommend these over the standard foam cutting blocks you buy for hoppers and ants.
